About the Foundation
Providing support, expertise, and (litigation) representation regarding claims for looted art, whether or not unlawfully held or acquired by third parties, including both paintings and other property, for the sole benefit of Jewish testators and heirs, as well as all matters related to, pertaining to, and/or conducive to the foregoing in the broadest sense.
The foundation’s purpose also includes: accepting (or rejecting or declining) acquisitions pursuant to
inheritance law or donation, even if a condition or obligation is attached thereto.
